Refund policy
At PARQ, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.
This Returns and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.parqsport.com.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 1 – CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
SECTION 2 – RETURN PROCESS
To request a return, please contact us at admin@parqsport.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as PARQ cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
SECTION 3 – REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
SECTION 4 – EXCHANGES
If you would like a different size or item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
This ensures the replacement item is reserved and dispatched as quickly as possible.
SECTION 5 – FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@parqsport.com.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, PARQ will provide a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
In these cases, PARQ will also cover the cost of return shipping.
SECTION 6 – NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items may not be eligible for return:
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Items returned without original tags
SECTION 7 – PROCESSING TIME
Once your returned item has been received by our team, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
