At PARQ, we want you to feel confident in every piece you purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Due to limited production runs, we encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before purchasing.
Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed once it arrives back with us.
Shipping Costs
As a small, independent brand, we unfortunately aren’t able to cover shipping costs for returns.
Please note:
• Original shipping costs are non refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• PARQ does not currently provide prepaid return labels
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as PARQ cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
Due to limited production runs, some sizes or styles may sell out.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in producing high quality garments. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
If an item is deemed faulty, PARQ will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
